There are no returns or refunds without an authorization number.

Items sent back without a return authorization number will be refused.

If you use this website from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws including but not limited to the export and import regulations of other countries. All returned items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee charge plus freight both ways. Items returned in damaged or severely used condition which cannot be resold as new have a 30% restock fee.

If any of the services on the website requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with true, current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form, and you will maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, current, complete and accurate. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. You may incur additional charges if product is returned in damaged condition. While Bkwholesale is delighted that you find our website worthwhile, we carry much material within our sites that belongs to another party(s). All returns of Guides must be accompanied with a valid reason for the return. Valid reasons constitute, the guide was unreadable, and another guide will be sent out, the guide was incomplete, there were no websites listed, and the guide was not helpful because I am unable to use it due to a physical disability(fully explain). All other reasons will be given credit toward the purchase of another guide.

Granted you have a valid reason for a return: Within twenty four hours from time of purchase you will receive refund minus fees minus twenty percent or seven dollars and fourty cents. After twenty four hours from time of purchase of the guide your refund is cut in half, thus you will only receive cost of guide minus paypal fees minus half the original purchase price or four dollars and fifty cents. Forty eight hours after you receive the guide you will receive one sixth your purchase price or one dollar and twenty seven cents. In order to keep bringing these products to you at our guaranteed lowest prices, return fee's are necessary to cover the time and cost of repackaging the product for future shipment. Bkwholesale reserves the right, at Bkwholesale's sole discretion, to change, modify, update, add, or remove portions of the returns policy at any time without notice.
